The Waverley Inn - Dingwall

Everything is fine, we enjoyed this hotel. The location is central. 29 minutes drive to the airport, it is located near the main town centre.

Central location was a plus.

There where comfy beds and central heating, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, and an electric kettle in the a twin room. We had an own bathroom. The accommodation had a central location near the main town centre...

We only stayed here for 3 nights, as we didn't have time, nevertheless everything was fine. Its location was stunning, close to train station. A cool bonus was Ems & Co, located nearby, it offered tea and coffee.

Great that they have wheelchair accessible rooms with a great shower, comfortable beds plus the bedroom; everyone is welcome here.

Family room spacious with free parking nearby. Cleanliness lacked attention, and beds felt dated. Great location for local dining options and walking trails in the area.

Cleanliness in rooms leaves much to be desired!!! A strong smell of smoke in the corridors, and broken furnishings do not create a cute atmosphere!!! An urgent need for better maintenance in communal areas is apparent!!!

I really enjoyed my stay here. they had a great selection for breakfast, like fresh fruit and pancakes. The check-in crew was super helpful. The spa was a lovely spot to unwind, and I also loved hanging out by the cozy fire pit in the evening. There were a couple of minor maintenance issues in my room, but nothing really took away from the overall experience. 😊

The family room was spacious and well decorated, with large windows that opened fully, great for fresh air. The heating system malfunctioned and the windows didn't close properly, leaving the room uncomfortably cold. The breakfast options were disappointingly limited, and interactions with the manager were unpleasant as I repeatedly faced rudeness regarding noise levels from my children. While the ample parking was a plus, the overall experience was marred by concerns about hospitality.

The hotel has recently been refurbished, and the cleanliness blew me away. It's genuinely pet-friendly with modern, comfy rooms. I was really surprised by the high standard of the accommodation, especially for a stopover. Be sure to explore the great restaurants nearby.

Just a good pick for a whistle-stop in Dingwall with value for money. The shower in the second room was much better and had nice towels. Make sure to check your room for any issues before settling in.
